To Rise Over and Be More

It’s 1:12AM in the morning and I have just put Calum to sleep for the nth time.

I wanted to blog with all my might but I just couldn’t find the time.

Motherhood really changes you, and your clockwork.

Not that I am complaining, but it just reminds me to rise over and be more.

Now that I am a Mom, I particularly have imposed to myself that with the new role given, the discipline to be able to juggle more things should ever be stronger.

It’s a constant and everyday battle actually.

But everytime I see this smile, I thank the heavens that I was able to produce such egg cell, own ovaries that triumphed over PCOS, and sustained a functioning uterus.

I am a mother, and I get to hug my little miracle everyday.

Not a cistern, but the sea; and may possibly own a larger hippocampus than most Neanderthals.
